Terms of Service
Holy Grail is public by default. Use the service only if you accept that your submissions may become part of a public, structured knowledge graph. By using Holy Grail, you acknowledge that submissions are public by default and that you are responsible for the content you submit.
Public-by-default acceptance
If you do not want information to be public, do not submit it to Holy Grail.
Holy Grail is not designed for confidential storage, and users should not use it to store sensitive or private information.
Before you submit anything, remove secrets, credentials, personal data, client data, employer data, proprietary data, and confidential material.
Acceptable use
Do not use Holy Grail to harass, spam, impersonate, distribute malware, publish illegal content, or attempt to access systems you do not control.
Do not try to evade rate limits, abuse the connector, or submit content you know to be false while presenting it as verified fact.
User responsibility
Users are solely responsible for submissions, annotations, evidence, and any downstream content that gets published or linked from their account.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit any content.
If you ask an assistant or connector to write to Holy Grail, you are responsible for reviewing the request before it is approved and for checking the result after it is applied.
Public graph behavior
Holy Grail is a structured research and knowledge-map system. Claims can be incomplete, contested, speculative, or later reversed.
Publication, relation linking, forking, tagging, disputing, and feedback may cause information to appear in the public graph or in provenance records that others can later inspect.
Public graph data may be linked, cited, forked, reviewed, disputed, analyzed, or incorporated into derived graph state.
Users can delete individual submissions, delete all submissions, delete their account, or delete their account with graph-data erasure, but deletion does not remove third-party copies, external caches, other users’ independent content, or backups before normal expiry.
Account and data controls
Account settings provide self-service export, linked-app revocation, submission deletion, bulk submission deletion, account deletion, and account deletion with graph-data erasure.
Supported MCP tools provide equivalent safe controls where appropriate and require exact typed confirmation for destructive operations.
Revoking connector access stops future connector access but does not itself delete prior graph records.
No guarantee of accuracy
The service does not guarantee that a claim, relation, novelty assessment, or publication summary is true, complete, or non-controversial.
Treat outputs as research assistance and graph structure, not as legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
Availability and warranty
The service may change, suspend, or stop parts of the product at any time as the platform evolves.
The service is provided on a best-effort basis without warranties beyond what applicable law may require.
